• Ordered item through the site Prirodno bih delivered to you by representative external company  who delivers goods from us within three (3) working days after we have confirmed the order.
  • Delivery of ordered items takes place on the territory of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
  • External firm that delivers goods from us, made shipments  at the address for delivery during the period from 8 do16h.
  • In that period, please ensure that there is a person who can pick up the item at the address.
  • The usual practice is for company that delivers goods from us, is to invite you to the phone that you left on order book and contract a new delivery date.
  • If you are not in the agreed term repeated on the agreed address, the shippment will be returned,  in which case you will be deemed to have given up the order and that the contract has been terminated.
  • Sales Department via the site Prirodno bih will subsequently contact the consumer to determine the reason for non-delivery of orders, and to agree on a possible re-sending the item.


  • If it happens that after the receipt of the shipment you find that the item delivered does not correspond to the ordered item or the data on the account is inappropriate, please send us an e-mail with your data (name, surname, phone) at the latest within 24 hours from the moment you received the shipment e-mail address and describe the problem.
  • We will notify you of further action as soon as possible.
